A full refund can be given only if no work has begun. Once work has started, the cost of the currently completed art will be deducted from the refund.
The commissioner will receive at least 2 mid commission updates for approval or changes- a sketch update and a clean line/flat color update. For Sketch Commissions, the commissioner will receive 1 mid commission sketch update. In the sketch update the pose and expression may be changed, but once the poses have been approved, requested changes to the character's posing or expressions will incur additional costs. During the clean lines/ flat color updates, colors and markings may be changed.
